René Franz Henschel

René is an exceptionally experienced instructor and researcher in contract law and contract management. He has written numerous articles and books on the subjects and has extensive practical experience from his previous work as a consultant - including for the state, regions, municipalities, lawyers, and IT suppliers.

René is a member of the World Commerce & Contracting's Advisory Board and a co-author of several textbooks used in our educational programs.

René has been teaching Contract and Commercial Management since 2010. In January 2021, he was appointed a "Fellow" by World Commerce & Contracting for his contribution to developing Contract and Commercial Management as an international discipline and his personal commitment to spreading WCC's vision and mission of creating more value in trade relationships.

Anders Christian Boisen

Anders has more than 20 years of experience in advising and teaching on major IT and digitalization projects. His expertise lies particularly in bridging the legal, technical, and commercial areas and contractual support of agile IT projects. He has previously been employed at Rambøll Management Consulting, as head of Legal Consulting with a focus on legal advice related to the IT area, especially with regard to carrying out complex IT projects for clients subject to EU procurement rules. Anders is today an independent advisor, focusing on delivering operational legal advice, where the law supports and is closely integrated with the technical and commercial parts of IT projects.

Christian Sandbeck

Christian has more than 15 years of experience in Contract & Commercial Management, from the largest public IT projects to complex global outsourcing contracts, and is one of the leaders in the field.

He has experience working on both the customer and supplier sides as well as in private and public organizations - with a range from the largest public IT projects to complex global outsourcing contracts.

Christian has held several leadership roles within CCM in companies such as CSC, KMD - most recently, he was the Director of Contract & Commercial Management at SimCorp.

He is a certified CCM Expert and has been teaching Contract & Commercial Management at NSCCM since 2014.

Michael Sørensen

Michael has more than 25 years of experience with contract negotiation and drafting, dealing with different types of contracts, e.g., sales and procurement contracts, construction, and wind energy. He has been Chief Legal Counsel, Special Projects, and Head of Legal Corporate, Procurement and HR, at Grundfos as well as Legal counsel at Vestas.

Michael has been an external lecturer at the Department of Law, Aarhus University for almost 10 years, where he developed the course Drafting Commercial Contract together with René Franz Henschel. He has been giving in-house and open courses lectures for many years.

Chanette Lyngsåe

Chanette has 9 years of experience in project management, contract management, and controlling in public organizations with the implementation of framework agreements, EU tenders, and announcements primarily within the construction and engineering industry. She has for several years used visual communication in contract management and is the author of and instructor in the VPK method of Visual Positive Contract Management. Her methods are practical and easy to implement.

Chanette has experience from municipal and state organizations as well as private companies. Chanette has the following postgraduate educations and certifications: CCM Practitioner, Prince2 Project Management, LEAN, Financial Controlling, Six Sigma, and Conflict Management.
