Terms and conditions
1. Registration
Registration can be completed by email, by phone, or through our website (www.nsccm.dk). Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of registration. This email will also include information on when to expect further details — normally around two weeks before the first day of training.

2. Payment Terms
Prices include catering (breakfast upon arrival, lunch, afternoon refreshments, fruit, etc.) as well as NSCCM’s own course materials.
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
For Practitioner courses and other certification programmes: prices do not include external course materials or the WorldCC exam fee of approx. DKK 2,300 excl. VAT. This fee covers exam registration (DKK 800 excl. VAT) and a one-year membership of WorldCC.

3. Cancellation
General Terms
Registration is binding. If you are unable to participate, the following rules apply:
-
Up to 30 days before the start of the course, participants may defer their participation to a later course.
-
Up to seven days before the start of the course, the participant or the participant’s employer may notify NSCCM (nsccm@nsccm.dk) that they wish to send a replacement participant. An administrative fee of DKK 500 will be charged.
-
NSCCM reserves the right to cancel courses. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Special Terms for the Danish CCM Practitioner Programme
Since the CCM Practitioner course is offered twice annually, more flexible conditions apply:
If you are unable to attend one or more days of the course, you may attend the corresponding day(s) of a later course at no additional cost. To exercise this option, you must notify NSCCM by email (nsccm@nsccm.dk) no later than 7 days before the start of the course.

4. Examination
(Only applicable to courses/programmes with an exam.)
Examinations are held online. However, NSCCM may, at its discretion, decide to hold a written exam instead.
If you do not sit the exam or do not pass, you may register for a new exam upon payment of a new exam fee.

5. Cancellation, Postponement or Changes to Courses or Course Days, Including Changes in Teaching Format Due to COVID-19, etc.
NSCCM reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change a course or individual course days. This may be necessary due to insufficient enrolment, illness of instructors, transport disruptions, COVID-19 regulations or recommendations, or other force majeure circumstances.
Participants will normally be notified of cancellations, postponements, or changes no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, with the following exceptions:
-
Cancellations, postponements, and changes may exceptionally be made up until 12:00 noon on the day before the course.
-
If required by regulations, recommendations, or force majeure (including COVID-19), changes may be made at shorter notice or on the day of the event itself.
Postponements and changes may include switching from in-person attendance to online teaching.
If NSCCM cancels an entire course or programme, participants will be offered one of the following options:
-
A place in a later equivalent course or programme
-
A voucher for NSCCM courses and programmes
-
A refund
If individual course days are cancelled, postponed, or changed, NSCCM will arrange alternative dates that accommodate the majority of participants.
Participants who are unable to attend the new dates will be offered recorded or streamed sessions.
For the Danish CCM Practitioner programme, participants may also choose to attend the missed course days at a later session.
NSCCM accepts no liability for any loss arising from cancellation, postponement, or changes to entire courses or individual course days, including travel costs, accommodation expenses, or any other direct or indirect losses.
Any membership fees or exam fees paid to WorldCC will not be refunded or extended.

6. Course Materials
The course materials provided depend on the type of programme. In most cases, materials will be accessible online.
Our prices include materials published by NSCCM but do not include materials from external publishers such as WorldCC. Any shipping costs related to course materials are included in the price.

7. Changes to the Programme
If WorldCC makes changes to course materials, content, or examinations, NSCCM reserves the right to make corresponding changes to our programmes, effective from the time the changes are implemented by WorldCC.

8. Other Terms, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise agreed, NSCCM may list the participant’s organisation name and logo on a “Participant List” published on NSCCM’s website. This does not constitute an endorsement of NSCCM’s services, which requires a separate agreement.
The agreement is governed by Danish law and subject to the ordinary rules of Danish jurisdiction.
